Diray is three things at once: a media company, a technology company, an outcomes company. Media goes in. The Engine evaluates. We optimize. Business outcomes come out.
The story, in three planks
- A media company. We plan and buy every channel a customer actually touches: linear TV, streaming and CTV, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, creators, retail media, plus radio, out-of-home, and search. A focused set, not a limit.
- A technology company. Every channel throws off signal. With market signals, seasonality, and four decades of proprietary buying data, the Impact Engine evaluates every placement, every day, against the outcome the client hired us to move.
- An outcomes company. When the score says underperform, our buyers move the money, and the models predict the outcome before the media runs. Clients get retail sales, DTC orders, leads, market share, new customers. Not media reports.
The voice, locked
- One voice. Subject, verb, object. Every sentence flat and declarative, somebody doing something.
- One vocabulary. Signal, not evidence or touchpoint. Engine, not operating system or signal layer. Pick the word once, use it everywhere.
- Specific about the process, abstract about the numbers. Keep, optimize, reallocate with real explanations. No invented stats and no jargon chips on public pages.
- The bar: "Not impressions delivered. The outcome you chose." · "When the score moves, the plan moves." · "Business outcomes. Not media reports."
Adopted, and still open
- Adopted: the chain story sitewide; IMPACT service naming (Shelf, Demand, Launch, Market, Surge, Efficiency); five named outcomes with Incremental ROAS dropped, a media ratio is not an outcome; proof section held for round one.
- Open: the hero lead stays a placeholder both sides are trying to beat ("Media in. Outcomes out."); the platform icon set; whether the two signal sections become one continuous motion.
