03.03 · Patterns / Methodology section

Read. Decide. Improve.

The methodology section is the page's proof of work. It shows the buyer how decisions get made and where the named operator sits in the loop. Three verbs anchor the rhythm. Five steps fill in the work.

The five-step operating loop

Read the signal. Score what moved. Choose the next move. Ship it. Sharpen the next cycle. The verbs the team uses in the room are the verbs the page commits to.

OPERATING LOOP READ. DECIDE. IMPROVE.
STEP_01
Read the signal
Pull media, audience, response, market, and retail signals into one view. One operating picture, refreshed daily.
STEP_02
Score what moved
Turn scattered signals into a plain read the client and team can use. Each schedule earns a business-outcome score, not a channel score.
STEP_03
Choose the next move
Adjust budget, inventory, market, audience, or creative direction. A named operator owns the call and the reasoning behind it.
STEP_04
Ship the change
Changes go live within hours, not weeks. Each move is logged with its reasoning so next week's read has context.
STEP_05
Sharpen the next cycle
The Impact Engine learns from the read against the decision. Next cycle's signal arrives tighter than this one's.

Where the human sits

Operating model

Data finds patterns. People make the call.

The Impact Engine surfaces the move. A senior media operator approves it. No black-box automation, no agency without judgement, no decision the team cannot defend in the room.

Methodology section rules

  • Always three to five steps. Three is the minimum for a memorable loop. Five is the ceiling.
  • Step titles are present-tense verbs paired with the noun that earns the work: read the signal, score what moved, choose the next move.
  • Each step body is one sentence on what happens plus one specific noun (signal, score, decision, change, learning).
  • End with the "where the human sits" panel. The guardrail line is not optional.
