What shipped, when, and why it matters.

The dated record of platform advancements across the website and the design library. Every entry is live and verifiable. Newest first. When something ships, it gets a line here, so the effort stays visible and nothing compounds invisibly.

Sending this upstream? The update one-sheets condense this history into printable pages, one per wave. Open a sheet, hit Edit text to tune any line in place, then Download PDF to save your version. Latest: No. 02, Jul 9.

The library reorganized around the shipped canon.

LibraryStructureProduct
  • Ten sections, down from thirteen. Components absorbed Patterns, Sales absorbed Offers, Operations absorbed Governance and Skills. No URLs broke; nothing moved on disk.
  • Product Studio elevated to section 02. The Impact Engine build brief, the MediaINSIGHTS systems map, and the four client dashboard concepts now sit at the front of the library, with a charter page naming the four tracks and the open decisions. Media plan tooling is the named next round.
  • Foundations recut to the canon. The story page now leads with "Performance media, engineered" and the signals-to-outcomes flow; the voice page carries the three one-voice rules locked with the homepage; BP-01 stays stamped with a record note pointing at the pivot.
  • Superseded work retired, not deleted. The old-site audit, the pre-pivot mandate, and the explorations the homepage replaced now live behind Operations / Retired artifacts, every page still at its original URL.
  • The home page tells the current story. Same line as the site, ten-section grid, Product Studio one click from the front door.

The corp shell gets its photography, its logo, and its edges.

LibraryBrandDesign
  • Photography designed per route. The Method journey (read, buy, proof, with arrows), the Business Read exhibit plate, the Growth Loop ruler strip, and magazine collages inside About on the corporate template and home. Every frame chosen by looking at the photo, not the filename.
  • The weekly loop rebuilt. White center label, directional arrows between the five moves, flowing dashes, and the calm hero behind it.
  • The official mark everywhere. The CSS-invert logo hack replaced with the true full-color primary on 23 pages, and the official D favicon now serves across the whole library.
  • The shell squared up. Nav content trued to the same 1180 grid as every band and the footer at all viewports, plus mobile nav rows for the self-contained corporate pages.
  • The landing system became four doors. A re-scoped as the Outcome Velocity Audit door (off the retired category line), B keeps the default with the honesty check promoted to a signature band and the "Pilot the Impact Engine" close, C re-aimed at consolidation buyers as the Partnership door, and D, the Rescue, built new: "TV isn't working. Why?" with a thirty-day decision-in-writing offer. The verdict page routes by buyer question.
  • The position applied sitewide. BP-01 now runs on every page of diray-website.pages.dev: the value-prop headline in the hero, the Impact Engine named on the homepage, What We Do, and Contact, outcome-led CTAs, and "Total Video solutions" retired from copy, titles, and structured data.
  • The positioning proposal stamped. BP-01 v1.0: the one-page argument and four-decision ask for retiring "TV buying agency," editable in place with a print-ready PDF. Revised to v1.1 the same day.
  • The value proposition went live. The 2026 one-sheet rebuilt as 07.07, verbatim, with the designed PDF as the leave-behind; under Fusion the page reproduces the source palette exactly.
  • The systems map published. 11.10 documents MediaINSIGHTS end to end: the RDS, Jasper, and TapClicks stack today, the two-products-one-data-layer future, architecture diagrams, the score-why-narrative-send flow, the engine's built-in honesty baseline, and the one-client-door end state spanning performance, onboarding, and billing.
  • The Impact Engine got its spec page. 11.09 documents the MVP build brief: the eight-step MIS process, requirements, dashboards, the 60-day plan, and the acceptance checklist.
  • Pricing playbook and inline emails from earlier today: 07.06 as the full sales operating system, and the three email templates rendering live on 04.06.

The brand lab reaches the public website.

WebsiteBrand
  • Pricing became an operating system. 07.06 rebuilt from three bullet lists into the full sales playbook: the four-rung engagement ladder with move-up triggers, the outcome-led website doors, fixed project scopes with named tradeoffs, estimate anchors, the five fee components, and the guardrails.
  • Brand Kit downloads became working files. Five generated, versioned packages plus a complete-kit archive on 08.07, with tokens extracted from the library source, Adobe swatches for both brand systems, and a download-everything button.
  • The official logo set recovered. The full-color primary mark and the D icon pulled verbatim from diraymedia.com, cut to clean transparent PNGs, shipped as logo pack v1.1 with v1.0 archived per the versioning rule.
  • Email templates went on-brand and inline. The official mark in every masthead, the signature gradient rule, compliant footers, and all three templates rendering live on 04.06 with copy and download toolbars, no page-hopping.
  • Social kit hardened. Every card now auto-fits its layout (the wide variants previously collided with the footer), a full Fusion set renders alongside DirayCore, and the 06.07 previews follow the theme toggle.
  • Corporate template hero fixed. The gradient headline no longer clips its descenders and the busy synthesis background gave way to the silk preset.
  • Team publishing guide shipped at 09.06. GitHub and Cloudflare setup for new teammates, plus the every-time branch, PR, and deploy flow.
  • Competitive recon shipped. 11.08 tears down Direct Avenue, the closest direct competitor, with verbatim captures, a side-by-side, and seven proposed moves.
  • Photography system completed. 08.05 now carries the full direction plus all 64 live website photos in six collections, rebuilt by a generator that tracks where each photo is used.
  • Buttons and CTAs (02.01) rebuilt as a true component spec. State matrix, sizes, anatomy, and a DirayCore vs Fusion token table.
  • The marketing one-sheet is now editable in place. Tune any line, download your version as a PDF.
  • Fusion color system live on diray-website.pages.dev behind a discreet footer toggle. Full flip, full revert, per-browser persistence.
  • The Work case grid decluttered. Cards cut to half height, deep content moved to the detail pages where it belongs.
  • Display type exploration added to the library. Montserrat vs Libre Franklin vs Archivo, with the typography page rewriting its own copy in the previewed face.
  • Nav on tokens. Corp nav and Solutions mega menu moved onto design tokens, closing the last off-token surface.

Fusion: a second brand system, toggleable everywhere.

LibraryBrandProof
  • Fusion theme shipped. Space navy, signal teal, velocity pink, from the capabilities deck, across all library pages via design tokens, a theme runtime, and reversible SVG recoloring.
  • TV-centric shader set for the landing templates. Glow, scan, and bars replace the busy synthesis facets.
  • Social artifact kit shipped. 12 downloadable cards in two series, Voices and Field Notes, rendered by a repeatable generator.
  • Landing-route verdict published. Template B named the default, with pros and cons, a routing guide, and a scorecard.
  • Client benchmark layer added to Proof. One benchmark per Impact, each measured against a control and scored by the Impact Engine.

The proof layer: case depth, clean articles, full SEO.

WebsiteContentSEO
  • Case study depth. Detail pages completed with every photo, campaign still, and results chart from the live portfolio pages, plus previous/next reading flow.
  • All 78 pulled articles typographically normalized. Clean heading ladders, restored lists, dead images removed.
  • Original flagship article published. The World Cup Comes Home, five sourced media learnings from the record tournament.
  • Full SEO layer. Branded link-preview cards, structured data on 88 pages, sitemap, robots, and the Diray D favicon.
  • Clean shader direction set. Calm and silk presets replace busy hero textures.

The website gets its people and its story.

WebsiteContentPhotography
  • Original flagship article published. The Evolution of Diray Media, the repositioning story with custom editorial figures.
  • Who We Are rebuilt. Owners with the WBENC mark, all 12 leaders with portraits and titles, team photography, the SoNo 50 rooftop.
  • Pages humanized. What We Do and Diray Health carry the SoNo and team photography; brand and healthcare-partner logo walls added.
  • The Work rebuilt. All 8 published case studies with attributed client testimonials.
  • First production deploys. Both properties live on Cloudflare Pages.

Foundation: two repos, one operating brain.

LibrarySystemResearch
  • Two-repo foundation established. The marketing design library and the v1.1 website, both on local dev.
  • System foundations. Corporate nav and Solutions mega menu built; the transition kit, operating brain, and four reusable AI skills ingested.
  • Team research program. Five team sessions synthesized into pages, full decks, printable one-sheets, and the nine-concept slate.
  • Content source of truth. All 78 news articles pulled verbatim from diraymedia.com.

How this log stays honest

  • An entry is written when the work is live and verified in production, not when it is planned.
  • Every line is checkable: it names a page you can open today.
  • Newest first, dated, categorized. If it is not here, it did not ship.
